As I Dream It

In the end of this book Belly already went home and later on Christmas she recieved a text. It was Conrad and he told her to go down the street because he was waiting for her there. She went and it was late at nifght so everyone was sleeping so she had to be careful with everything and like it was cold outside she had to wear a hat her grandma had nited her. She saw Conrad and she was very happy she also realized that he quit smooking. THen they both say they loved each other and they were very happy.

“It's the imperfections that make things beautiful”

 This is so true because even though Belly and Conrad literally say they loved each other and it was the cutest moment ever it was in a car but the feeling is what counts. Sometimes the weirdest or the unexpected things are the ones who have more impact in our lifes and the best memories come from unexpexted things. I think that Belly had a lot of weird things through her life and also a lot of mixed feelings but at the end not everything was perfect or maybe it wasn't as she planned but she was very happy and that is what counts. Maybe she wited her whole life to be with Conrad and it doesn't matter how it went but for her was perfect. 

“He didn’t give me flowers or candy. He gave me the moon and the stars. Infinity.'

'This quote explains a lot how some people feel like they don't need material things to feel special or wanted they only need nice things that you can feel. I think that is better that people make you feel special by their actions or words because maybe they give you a lot of nice material things but then their money will be no longer there so they will stop and some people don't appreciate feelings or things like that. It's so important that you learn to value people by how they treat you and not by the things they give you. 

This book has been a really great book, I learned a lot of things. I liked how it was pretty much like reality in some cases and it was a great book. I think that I really spend my time really well reading this book because it was very interesting and I jist wanted to keep reading it. I would really recommend this book to anyone because you will learn a lot of valuable things. So yeah this was a great book and if it was a second part I will definitely read it.

New Crush

In the last cha[pters Belly went to a party that this kid macde very year but the past years she wasn't old enough to go but this year was different. She went and she didn't know anyone so she just sat there and she saw that this boy was watching her so she went next to him and they started talking and they realized they had a lot of things in common. Later they started hanging put and they were a happy couple except all the boys were worried about Belly and her new relationship. They did't trust this boy so they weren't happy with this new relationship. But the important things was that Belly was happy with him.

"I loved the feeling of talking and having somebody really listen to what I have to say. It was like a high or something."

This quote is so true, I love the feeling of having someone to talk to everyday or just tell them the silliest thing. Belly is so lucky becuase a lot of people just have fake friends and then never realize that until the end. She is very lucky to find somebody who swear to you that was going to be always there for her and prove it. It feels really great having somebody to talk about everything and you feel like they care. Belly is so lucky and I think that it doesn't really matter what the boys think as long as she is happy. 

“I will never look at you in the same way ever again. I'll never be that girl again. The girl who comes running back every time you push her away, the girl who loves you anyway.”

When someone dosen't apriciate what someone do for them, they will get hurt and even though they think the other is really important or even love them they will eventually get tierd of doing nice things and see that the other one isn't worth it. You have to be nice to everyone so the others repect you and like you,  and see which persons are going to return all of your love given to them. 

I am finally getting to the end of the book and I am really exited. I liked this book a lot and I can't wait to finish it. This last chapters help me realize that sometimes the only thing you need in life is a really good person who wants to listen to you and is always there for you. I really feel identifies with a lot of things of this book especially the quotes that I've picked. This is a really great book and I recommend it. 

Taylor Aboard

In the last chapters Taylor, Belly´s best friend went to spend a little bit of the summer with Belly´s family. Belly was very happy at first but then Taylor arrived and she started acting like an attention seeker with all the boys. Taylor acted very different in front of the boys than she do to Belly´s. Belly was tired and mad because who likes being friend or even best friend of someone who is going to be different in front of boys or just in general other people. I think that Belly has all the right to be mad because she invited her and Taylor is behaving bad so that is not okay.

"Things couldn't stay the same forever."

This quote is so true because no matter how hard you want something to stay the same forever sometimes they just don't fit anymore. Life is like a puzzle yoy can't put a piece that doesn't fit and you have to learn to let it go. I wish that things stay the same forever but sometimes it's not meant to be so it will not be. I think that Belly is refering to this quote because she hoped that they will go every summer down there to the beach but sometimes things just change and they need to be different. I know it is difficult to let it go but sometimes it hurts more to hold on than to let it go. 

"She and I were still friends, not best friends, not like we used to be. But we were still friends. She'd known me my whole life. It's hard to throw away history. It was like you were throwing away a part of yourself."

This is literally the saddest thing that I've read. I can't imagine the day I'll loose my best friend I will literally die because she is the most important thing I have in my life. I think that Belly is feeling really bad because loosing your best friend is not just loosing a person is loosing a part of yourself. This is so sad because Taylor really changed around the boys so I infer that Belly feels really bad and betrayed. 

This was one of the saddest parts of the book that I've read so far. I think that belly is going through a really hard time with Sussanah's condition and also losing her best friend. She can't rely on her anymore and one of the best things of having a best friend is that she is always going to be there for you and you can always rely on her. I think that we will have more surprises as I keep reading the book and I kind of like that. Taylor treated Belly bad so I hope that change in the next chapters or I at least I hope she goes back home soon. 

13 and counting

This last chapters were kind of a flashback. They were when Belly was 13 years and the way the author wrote her feelings and she felt kind of left out because everyone was bigger and they didn't let her play. She always saw her like a sister and she liked that back then but now she doesn't want to be seen like that anymore. They explain a time that Sussanah and Belly's mother were getting high with pot and Belly wanted to show them that she knew something so she yelled "It's pot" and they were like oh you're right but they were also worried because she knew how pot smelled like and that is weird for a 13 year old girl. Sussanah had Cancer so they were doing it because of that.

"Then my mother came into the room with a bag of Twizzlers and a half-eaten bag of Fritos."

Like Belly was the left out child she spend a lot of time with Sussanah and her mother and she watched a lot of movies. She was very happy because she was going to eat but also because she wasn't alone anymore. With this I can predict that Belly will be happier because she can spend time with girls like "girls night" and sometimes girls need that. I think that I will be happy too if I got to spend time with girls so yes. Belly has always been with the boys so this will make her think too.

This quote makes me put a lot of thinking because is so true. A lot of things and even persons become memories someday. I found sad that this is so true because a lot of people would love to like recover memories or just never forget somethings but for example when someone dies and it´s been a long time you start forgetting their smell or their laugh and that is very sad. This book has really interesting quotes that make me like analyze this book more deeply. I like reading this type of books because I identify myself and I know other people do too. 

 
 
This book really makes me think because I think that a lot of people has gone through this stage in life which we don't really know what is happening and we are trying to figure ourselves out. The quotes I found on this book really put me thinking and like I feel identifies with all the quotes. I am liking this book because I feel that a lot of people feel identified because is like a true story. I have to admit that in a very long time I hadn´t read such an interesting book where I really feel identified and feel like it´s a true story. I am liking this book and I know that this could be my favorite book for a long time.
 

First Summer

Every summer Belly, her brother Steven and her mother went to visit her mothers friend Susanna in the beach. Susanna had two sons, Conrad and Jeremiah, they had know each other for years now since their mothers were friends. Belly was very happy to go to see everyone there. She always had like a "crush on Conrad and Jeremiah but they did not pay attention to her since she was a little kid but now she felt different and she knew everything was going to change forever they arrived and that is were it all began.

"As we got closer to the house, I could feel that familiar flutter in my chest." 

They have been going there since Belly was born literally so she can feel the smell of everything miles away she was very happy and she was looking forward to this summer more than anytime. When you go to a place a specific time of the year like summer in this case you look forward to it because you know how cool you spend your days there. Specially this summer that belly knew everything was going to change for good. She was very happy as the author can tell up by the way it is written.

"Something looks different about you, Belly."

I think that by this Belly was very happy because she wanted to be seen different by Conrad and Jeremiah so when they told her this she must have been very happy. like I said before Belly was grown now and they had not seen her since last year so they were very amused. She got contacts and of course she grew up so that is kind of a big deal. They always saw her as Belly the little girl who wasn´t able to do anything because she was too small but not anymore. She was very happy and she hoped this summer everything could change.

So far I am liking this book so I think I am going to finish it quickly because when you are hooked up on something you really want to finish it. Belly is a really nice girl from the point of view of the author and she is kind of innocent. Conrad, Jeremmiah and Steven were like the bigger ones so they are kind of worried of how pretty Belly is because they want to protect her. Is really interesting how this book is written because it had like some chapters with flashbacks and is like confusing but then you catch it. This is like the typical summer love and is fun.
